FEMI OLUBIYO, BSC, MSC, PHD

A respected University lecturer and Agricultural Economist, Dr. Olubiyo has extensive experience in carrying out socio-economic surveys in Nigeria and abroad. His main research interests including the investigation of methods for improving the productivity of peasant farmers including those in fadama areas.

Kunle Lawal, HND, MBA

An expert in agrochemicals distribution, Alhaji Lawal possesses extensive contacts all over Nigeria. His work with both the institutional and private segments of the agricultural sector makes him an asset in executing country-wide field work and surveys including those in fadama areas. He is a key facilitator of our research team in terms of ensuring cooperation from target groups and respondents and also providing logistical support.

Ome Mejabi, BSc, MSc, PhD

A Systems Analyst with many years experience in management and analysis of research and business data. With a multi-disciplinary background, she has focused her attention on the appropriate adoption of information technology in the workplace for optimal operational benefit. Recently, she has been concentrating on improved enterprise service quality in various sectors, within the context of information systems and information technology deployment.

I. F. Oyeleke, BSc., MSc Agricultural Engineering

With an MSC degree in Agricultural Engineering from The University of Ibadan in 1982, Mr Oyeleke is registered member of COREN. A former Director of the Engineering Services Department of the Kwara State Ministry of Agriculture, he supervised the installation and maintenance of a variety of agricultural machinery and equipment. He is currently a lecturer in Agricultural Engineering at the University of Ilorin, with research interests in the Design, Operations & Maintenance of Agricultural Machinery Systems.

A. A. Salami, BSc., MSc (Agricultural Extension Expert)

Mrs Salami is currently the Director Extension Services at The Kwara State Agricultural Development Project. She earned an MSC degree in Agricultural Extension from the University of Ibadan in 1991. For over 10 years, she has been actively involved in coordinating extension services in Kwara State.

Olanrewaju, MSc (Agricultural Economist)

A former Managing Director of the Kwara State Agricultural Development Project, and acknowledged Economist, Mr Olarewaju had extensive experience in the evaluation of various World Bank projects, especially evaluation studies of the IFAD-RTEP activities.

A. Bayowa, MSc (Agricultural Finance Expert)

A former staff of the Nigerian Agricultural and Cooperative Bank,.Mr Bayowa will bring to the team considerable Development Banking expertise. He has several years of micro- finance administration experience, and has been involved in the planning and execution of several Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises all over Nigeria.
